I have been focusing on CLIENT RETENTION. It’s something vitally important for all of us if you want to run a successful business.
Client Retention is going to serve as “Part 1 of your Monthly video series.” I was going to film this content and send via video. But when I looked at it, I wanted to get it down on paper for you to review over & over. This one ended up being 8-pages long. It has some deep nuggets & lots of experience behind it (A.K.A. Blood, sweat, and tears over the last 17+ years).

I’m going to encourage you to SHARE THE DOCUMENT with your teammates (this way they understand all that you are working on and they should be working on also).
Out of the “10 Ways to Increase Client Retention & Explode Your Profits” article, perhaps only 4 or 5 of the points resonate deeply with you. Heck, maybe 7 or 8 of them. Or maybe ALL of them do.
The bottom line is this, it’s absolutely essential that you heed great care and attention to these points in order to run a sound business and have maximum IMPACT on your tribe and your community. And we ALL want that. And it’s also critically important that you take ACTION on the ones that you MOST need to strengthen/improve.
