Half Year Check Up

I need to share some news with you…

A few weeks ago something wasn’t feeling right.
I was a little more tired than usual.
My focus was a little off.

I need to get some things checked out. So I broke out my Annual Roadmap, specifically looking at my BIG 5 and action plan for the year.
And while some of my results/numbers were good, others were not.

I hadn’t had as many 1 on 1 meetings with my TEAM at Fitness 121 as I said I would.
I hadn’t shot as many videos or sent as many emails as I talked about.
I didn’t run as many “challenges” or “programs” as I thought of.

This all made me realize that DREAMING in January is easy. You can write or say anything because you’ve got a hypothetical year to do it.
But July is hard. Because in July it’s time to make moves. You can’t plan or think at HALFTIME, you’ve got to adjust and take action.

So that’s what I did.

I met 1 on 1 with each of my teammates at Fitness 121.
I started shooting some footage of me working with some of my clients & athletes.
I even did a 3 day cleanse to simplify my nutrition & renew my mental focus (I lost 4lbs FYI = CRAZY!)
More than anything, I took at look at where I am, relative to where I want to be.

  • Review your Big 5 for the year.
  • Submit to me your 2nd half questionnaire.
  • Complete a 90 Day Wonder.
  • Commit to attending the monthly call!

Don’t avoid an annual check-up with your doctor, and don’t avoid a check-in with your life & business. Now is the time to make the changes necessary, not only to finish strong but to create the success you dreamed of way back on January 1st.
