With a new month and a new quarter ahead of us, it is a wonderful time to look at opportunities to grow. It’s good to know your strengths, but perhaps it’s more useful to know your weaknesses. For when you admit your weaknesses, when you’re willing to admit them and them, you’ve identified a powerful path for both personal & professional growth?

Take a look at your yourself. What’s that thing holding you back? What is keeping you from what you truly want? Be honest with yourself. What is your greatest weakness? Only by knowing your weakness, will you know where to put your effort.

Both in the gym and in life, we have a tendency to want to do the things we’re good at. And, indeed, we must make use of our gifts. But we also must grow. And that means identifying our weaknesses and working on them.
